Gregg Popovich Comments on Donald Trump's Win over Hillary Clinton

San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich addressed reporters prior to Friday night's game against the Detroit Pistons, and he expressed frustration with Donald Trump's victory over Hillary Clinton in Tuesday's general election.

During an extensive discussion regarding his feelings about the president-elect's triumph, Popovich opined that regardless of political orientation, the nation's decision to elect a candidate who embraced such divisive dialogue was discouraging to him.

"Not basically because the Republicans won or anything, but the disgusting tenure and tone and all the comments that have been xenophobic, homophobic, racist, misogynistic," he said, per Pounding The Rock's Chris Itz.
