SAN ANTONIO -- Los Angeles Lakers forward Brandon Ingram has been ruled out of Saturday night's game against the San Antonio Spurs with a strained left hip flexor.
Ingram will undergo an MRI on the injury in Los Angeles on Sunday. The forward injured his hip while being fouled and taking a spill in the second half of the Lakers' 131-113 win in Miami on Thursday.
"There's still pain in that area," Lakers coach Luke Walton said. "He got up this morning and did some stuff and still had too much pain so he didn't participate in shootaround.
