Yesterday the AT&T Center was turned into a voter registration location. With the support of MOVE and their many young volunteers, hundreds turned out to get registered to vote in time for the 2020 election.
The Spurs organization followed up that success today with an announcement from Bexar County stating that the AT&T Center has been chosen to serve as a voting site during the upcoming election cycle. This will include early voting days from October 13-30 as well as Election Day on Tuesday, November 3.
“As stewards of the AT&T Center, it was important for our organization to pursue this opportunity and collaborate with the county for safe voting locations in our community,” said Spurs Sports & Entertainment CEO RC Buford.
