The 2017 NBA All-Star Game (the league’s 66th) will take place Sunday at the Smoothie King Arena in New Orleans and Kawhi Leonard is a stater this year. The exhibition showcases some of the best basketball stars in the world and as such is promoted by the NBA on a player by player basis.
