Capital Cross Challenge Final Results
SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Youth continues to fuel Saint Mary's cross country as the Gaels' freshmen and sophomores led the women to seventh and the men to 24th at the Capital Cross Challenge.
Women: The women's side place seventh out of 40, recording multiple milestones while finishing among multiple regionally ranked teams. The Gaels finished ahead of Nevada who is currently 15th in the region and also finished ahead of Loyola Marymount for the first time in approximately 20 years. Sophomore Kaela Dishion placed 31st with a time of 21:25.
