MORAGA, Calif. — Saint Mary's will have two representatives at a United States national championship this weekend when freshmen Edward Chance and Mason Labadie run in the USATF Cross Country Championship in Bend, Ore., Saturday with a chance to make the U.S. team for the world championship.
Chance and Labadie will run in the U.S. Junior Cross Country Championship race at the event, an eight-kilometer competition at the Rivers Edge Golf Course scheduled for a 12:35 p.m. start. USATF.tv has coverage of the event, which begins at 9 a.m. with a community four-kilometer run and culminates with the senior women and men’s championships at 1:20 p.
