CLAREMONT, Calif. — Saint Mary's season came to a close on Thursday as they lost in the quarterfinals of the WCC Championship to Loyola Marymount, 4-0.
The Lions (11-9, 4-5 WCC) grabbed the doubles point with two 6-3 wins on Courts 2 and 3. No. 28 Hind Abdelouahid and Mariia Kozyreva were leading 5-3 in their match but couldn't complete the win before it was called.
LMU found production again from the bottom of their lineup with wins in the No. 4, 5, and 6 slot to take the match.
