MORAGA, Calif. – Saint Mary's Women's Tennis has now won four-straight matches and five of their last six after a strong 6-1 win over Santa Clara University on Sunday. The Gaels are now 7-6 overall in dual match play and 2-0 in WCC competition after the home win over the Broncos.
The Gaels took the doubles point to get off to a 1-0 start with a pair of 6-4 wins. The No. 36 combo in the country of Jordan Harris and Mariia Kozyreva defeated Katherine Petty and Giulia Hayer, and Lene Mari Hovda and Oliva Rook beat Jamie Schroer and Varya Zlotnik.
