MORAGA, Calif. – Associate head coach Tina Estrada of the Saint Mary’s women’s soccer team has been named the National Soccer Coaches Association of American (NSCAA) Assistant Coach of the Year, it was announced on Wednesday.
“This is great for Tina and our program,” said head coach Travis Clarke. “She is very hard working and is already having a major impact on the positive momentum of our program. Tina is one of the top assistant coaches in the country. We are excited to work with her moving forward.”
After being named the West Regional assistant coach of the year last week, Estrada beat out another group of talented assistants to top the national award.
