LAS VEGAS -- Despite a valiant effort down the stretch, the Saint Mary's women's basketball team was unable to get the go-ahead basket late in the game and dropped a heartbreaking 67-65 decision to San Francisco in the semifinals of the 2016 West Coast Conference Championships at Orleans Arena.
San Francisco will face top-seeded BYU in Tuesday's championship game at 1 p.m. The game will be televised live on ESPNU with Roxy Bernstein and Chiney Ogwumike calling the action. The game can also be watched online at WatchESPN.com and a live radio broadcast will be available on Sirius/XM Satellite radio on channels 105 and 201.
