SAN BRUNO, Calif. — Saint Mary's Women's Basketball picked up their first two conference wins of the season last weekend, and Taycee Wedin was instrumental in those wins. As a result of her best shooting performance of the season (and possibly her career), Wedin has been named the UCU WCC Player of the Week for her performances on Thursday and Saturday.
The Junior guard was on fire this past week for Saint Mary's as they picked up their first two conference wins of the season. Wedin put up 35 points over the two wins against Pepperdine and LMU.
