WBB | Montana St. Keeps Gaels From Getting in Rhythm in Loss

BOZEMAN, Mont. – SMC Women's Basketball had trouble getting their offense going early on in game two of their Mountain-Time Zone swing, falling 91-56 to Montana State on Monday night.

The Bobcats jumped out to a 12-2 lead when the Gaels called a time out just over three minutes into the game. Saint Mary's didn't hit their first field goal until Addison Wedin hit her second career college three pointer to break the drought with 1:39 to go in the opening quarter.

Tayla Dalton would follow that up by hitting a three pointer on the Gaels' next two possessions to finish the quarter, and SMC had some offensive life going into the second.
