MORAGA, Calif. — For the second night in a row the Saint Mary's women volleyball team swept an opponent out of McKeon Pavilion, this time downing CSUN 3-0 (25-22, 25-20, 25-22) with a solid all-around performance.
HOW IT HAPPENED
· The Gaels (4-4) and Matadors (5-4) kept the score close, playing within three points for most of the match.
· CSUN led early in all three sets, but each time the Gaels went on long runs to take back the lead. In set one it was an 8-2 spurt, and in both sets two and three it was 6-0 stretches to take the lead.
