SEATTLE, Wash. - The Men's Track and Field Team competed in their first meet of the season at the University of Washington.
Multiple men competed in the 1 Mile Run where many hit their bests at the University of Washington. Saint Mary's Blaine Reynold was the first Gael to finish and beat his best time by 3.88 seconds. Reynolds finished in 30th with a time of 4:15.72. Curtis Volf finished nine spots behind Reynolds with a time of 4:18.96, his best by 1.37 seconds. With a time of 4:24.41 and 12 spots beyond Volf, the freshman Alexandro Alvarez made his SMC debut.
