SAN MATEO, Calif. — The West Coast Conference has announced its final All-Academic team from the 2020-21 season, and it comes from the softball field. Gaels Softball found themselves well-represented on the list, with Hannah Chew taking home First Team honors from the conference while four others were named All-Academic Honorable Mention for their work on the field and in the classroom.
Chew has been one of the leaders of the softball team during her time at Saint Mary's, and she capped off the 2021 season with a .268 average in 32 games, making 31 starts behind the plate.
