FOLSOM, Calif. — Saint Mary's Rowing return to Lake Natoma on Saturday afternoon for the Hornet Invite, where the Gaels showed improved marks from their times one week ago. Competing against UC San Diego in the morning session and Kansas State in the afternoon, the Gaels showed major strides in their second set of races in the spring semester.
In the morning, the Gaels V8 boats were both under the 8-minute mark, with the biggest improvement coming from their first V8 boat, which shaved 19 seconds off their time from one week ago when they finished in fourth at the Sacramento State Invite.
