ROW | Strong Winds Shorten Day At WIRA Championships

RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif. – The Saint Mary’s rowing team was only able to race twice on Saturday, with high winds forcing several races to be cancelled. The SMC Varsity fours finished in third and fourth place, while the varsity eight and second varsity eight did not race.

Sacramento State won the varsity four, while San Diego State finished second. Tomorrow’s grand finals will feature the Gaels rowing in three races.

The varisty four at 10:50 AM, the second varsity eight at 12:10 PM and the varsity eight at 1:30 PM
