REDWOOD SHORES, Calif. — For the penultimate time in April, Saint Mary's Women's Rowing hit the waters at Redwood Shores to compete against a pair of California schools in San Diego and Stanford. All-in-all, the Gaels put six boats in the water across six different races, coming just shy of some big upset wins in a pair of races. Overall, it was an improved showing from last week's competitions against Sacramento State.
The day began just after 11:00 am when Saint Mary's first went to work in the varsity fours against Stanford's B team, and the Gaels put up a time of 8:49.
