MORAGA, Calif. — Saint Mary's men's soccer goalkeeper Remi Prieur has been named Muscle Milk Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of Sept. 11-17 after helping the Gaels defeat national powerhouse Denver Sunday night.
The sophomore keeper secured four first half saves in his impressive performance versus the Pioneers as the Gaels claimed the 1-0 victory. The clean sheet is Prieur's second of the season, as he improves his season record to 2-1-2.
The second year keeper leads the Gaels with 490 minutes played in the net to go along with a solid 0.
