SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. – The Saint Mary’s men’s tennis team continued its stretch against nationally ranked opponents, falling in a road match at No. 57 Cal Poly on Friday afternoon in San Luis Obispo.
The Gaels were headlined on the day by Manuel De Luis Lamelas who earned a win at No. 4 singles, defeating Josh Orthip 6-2, 0-6, 6-4.
The day started with CP earning the doubles point as the Gaels Jacob Lagman and Nash Vollenweider fell at No. 3 doubles 7-6 (3). De Luis Lamelas and Brian Lee fell at No. 2 doubles 6-1.
