RENO, Nev. — After a short snow delay, Saint Mary's took on Nevada and posted a 4-1 road win to snap a three-match losing skid. The Gaels improved to 3-8 with the victory.
SMC won the first doubles match of the day as Damon Kesaris and Fabian Roensdorf took a 6-2 set on Court 2 but the Gaels were edged in close matches on Courts 1 and 3 to fall behind 1-0.
Saint Mary's ended up not needing the doubles point however as they rolled to four straight wins in singles to take the match.
