SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – SMC Men's Soccer Keeper Jack Landreth has been named the WCC Defensive Player of the Week for the Week of September 18.
Landreth recorded his third shutout of the season with four saves against UC Davis, and helped the Gaels to a 3-2 win over Sac State during the past week. He made his presence felt right away with two big saves in the 10th minute against the Aggies. The first stop was a sprawling save to his right, followed by him smothering second shot from close range.
