MORAGA, Calif. — In their 2018 season opener, Saint Mary's men's soccer put on an offensive display to blow past Incarnate Word, 6-0, Friday afternoon at Saint Mary's Stadium.
SMC used a hot start, scoring four goals inside the first 34 minutes of the match, to set the tone of the season opener. SMC recorded assists on four out of the five goals, and finished the match with a total of 11 shots on frame.
The Gaels limited Incarnate Word to just two shots in the first half, and 10 for the full 90 minutes.
