OOLTEWAH, Tenn. — The preseason hype continues for Saint Mary's men's basketball, as the Blue Ribbon College Basketball Yearbook ranked the Gaels No. 17 in its preseason rankings, while naming Jock Landale to its preseason All-America First Team.

In the publication's top-25, Arizona, Michigan State and Duke rank as the top three teams in the country, followed by Kansas and Kentucky.
Saint Mary's comes in at No. 17, ahead of current West Coast Conference champions and national runner-up Gonzaga.
