LAX | Saint Mary's Falls To San Diego State

MORAGA, Calif. – The Saint Mary’s lacrosse team fell to San Diego State in a Mountain Pacific Sports Federation match-up on Friday afternoon at Recreation Field.

Claire Healy led the Gaels with a pair of goals while Megan Zummo and Emily Mack also scored for SMC. Sydney Pinello recorded a game-high 12 saves, facing all 33 shots from the Aztecs.

Saint Mary’s fired off 11 shots in the game, three each by Hanna Dalrymple and Healy. SDSU led in groundballs 26-16 and draw controls 13-10.

The Aztecs converted 5-of-7 free-position shots while the Gaels converted 1-of-5.
