DAVIS, Calif. – The Saint Mary’s lacrosse team fell to UC Davis in a Mountain Pacific Sports Federation match-up on Sunday afternoon on the Aggie campus.
Saint Mary’s pulled within 5-2 in the first half as Kellie Barker and AnnaMarie Carmazzi scored. UC Davis would end the half on an 8-2 run to lead 13-4 at halftime. Hanna Dalrymple and Hayley Kusserow also had goals in the first half for the Gaels.
Saint Mary’s was outscored just 6-3 in the second half as Meagan Bennett scored twice and Dalrymple added her second goal of the game as SMC fell 19-7.
