MORAGA, Calif. — With Saint Mary's Volleyball rolling through a five-match winning streak, their longest of the season, their longest since the 2018 season, they've had several standout performances. That includes the likes of Jennifer "Boo" Laird, who has been named this week's Bay Alarm Student-Athlete of the Week for the first time in her career.
Laird was a standout at the middle blocker position for the Gaels, leading Saint Mary's to a perfect weekend and a five-match winning streak. Laird recorded 16 kills on the weekend, including 10 in a win over Portland on Thursday night.
