MORAGA, Calif. — Women's soccer junior Kyllie Glock has been named the Bay Alarm Student-Athlete of the Week for the period of April 5-11 after scoring the game-winning goal against Portland.
Glock was the difference maker in Saint Mary's 1-0 win over the Pilots on Saturday. In the 11th minute of play, she intercepted a pass deep in the Pilots' zone, took a few dribbles, and fired a shot into the low left corner for the eventual game-winner. It was the first goal of the season and second career score for the Fremont, Calif.
