MORAGA, Calif. — Mariia Kozyreva and Aubane Ville have been named Muscle Milk Student-Athletes of the Week for the week of Oct. 1-7 for their solid performance in their doubles match at the SMC Invitational this past weekend.
Kozyreva and Ville won all four of their matches while easily defeating their opponents in the last three. In the final round, the dynamic duo picked up a 8-3 win against Wisconsin's Makarova/Pick in the Doubles A bracket.
Saint Mary's will play in their next tournament at the ITA Regional Championship on Oct.
