STOCKTON, Calif. - The Saint Mary's Golf Team finished day one of the Visit Stockton Invitational hosted by the University of the Pacific in third place in the 15-team field by shooting 12-under par as a team.
Freshman Kristian Bressum is tied for first among the 89 golfers participating in the tournament after shooting a 65 on day one to finish 6-under par. Dylan VanderVeer and Ryan Hartano are tied for fifth after each shot a 67 in round one to finish 4-under par.
