FRESNO, Calif. – Sophomore Connor Reis climbed into the top 20 in round three at the Nick Watney Invitational hosted by Fresno State, finishing 16th overall among 93 golfers.
Reis was 2-under par for the tournament after shooting a 69 in round three, making birdie 12 times in the three rounds to lead the Gaels as well. Reis, Kristian Bressum, and Ryan Hartanto were all 4-under on par fives.
Mitchell Hoey was SMC's best on par threes in the tournament, finishing 1-under for a tie for third among all golfers.
