NORMAN, Okla. — Last season's captain and now graduate, Hunter Rappleye has been named a Cleveland Golf/Srixon All-America Scholar by the Golf Coaches Association of America, it was announced today.
The Sacramento native graduated with a degree in Mathematics, a cumulative GPA of 3.47 and played in a total of 27 rounds in his final season for the Gaels. Rappleye finished tied-7th in the West Coast Conference after shooting 72-68-72 for 4-under.
This is the second straight year Rappleye has been named a GCAA All-America Scholar, as the graduate displayed excellence on the course and inside the classroom throughout his career.
