SAN BRUNO, Calif. – As part of their long-term relationship, the West Coast Conference has announced that at least 40 men's basketball games involving WCC schools will air nationally on ESPN Networks this season, including additional exposure during the 2017 West Coast Conference Basketball Championship in Las Vegas.
The nationally-prominent Saint Mary’s men’s basketball program set a program record with 29 wins last season. Now, the Gaels enter 2016-17 with strong resolve and could be featured on as many as ten appearances on an ESPN network, including two games in front of the spirited Gael Force at the raucous McKeon Pavilion where the Gaels were 18-1 last year.
