MORAGA, Calif. — Men's basketball senior Jordan Ford has been named the Saint Mary's Student-Athlete of the Week for the period of Jan. 6-12 for his two dominating performances on the court.
Ford scored 24 points and had two assists in Saint Mary's overtime win over BYU to open the week. The senior went 8-for-16 from the field, 4-of-8 from deep, and 4-for-5 at the line while playing a game-high 43 minutes.
In Saint Mary's one-point loss to Santa Clara, Ford hit the 30-point plateau for the fourth time this year. The Folsom, Calif.
