MONTEREY, Calif. — The No. 17/RV Saint Mary’s beach volleyball team split Sunday in the second edition of the Monterey Invitational, falling to No. 1-ranked USC 5-0 before defeating host San Jose State 3-2 at Window on the Bay Waterfront Park.
