MORAGA, Calif. — Saint Mary's College Director of Athletics Mike Matoso announced today an on-campus indoor player development center for baseball has been funded thanks to a campaign with contributions from many generous donors.
The Baseball Player Development Center, with an estimated cost of $575,000, will begin construction following the 2019 baseball season and will sit within the Louis Guisto Field footprint down the left field line.
"We cannot thank our donors enough for their many gifts that led to this player development center," Matoso said. "This facility is a key component for us in taking this program to the next level.
