LUBBOCK, Texas — Saint Mary’s senior outfielder and right-handed pitcher Anthony Gonsolin has been named to the John Olerud Two-Way Player of the Year Award Watch List for the second straight year, as announced Wednesday by the National College Baseball Hall of Fame.
Gonsolin is one of 24 players named to the list who are excelling both at the plate and on the mound this season. Gonsolin is hitting .336 and slugging .529 with four home runs, nine doubles and 16 RBIs while hitting in the middle of the order for Saint Mary’s. He’s hit .
