MORAGA, Calif. — Wet weather couldn’t shut down the Saint Mary’s baseball team’s power display Saturday, as the Gaels hit three home runs versus visiting Utah en route to winning game one of a doubleheader, 7-2, before rain suspended play in game two at Louis Guisto Field.
The series continues to be adjusted due to inclement weather. After completing game one Saturday, game two got through 6 1/2 innings before the rain became too much and forced the suspension of the game. At the time, Utah led 2-0 with one out in the bottom of the seventh.
