MORAGA, Calif. – Saint Mary's Golfer Kristian Bressum was named the Bay Alarm Company Student Athlete of the Week.
The freshman finished tied for third overall among 78 golfers at the Rutherford Intercollegiate hosted by Penn State University this past weekend. Bressum finished 1-under par after shooting a 212 overall and had the most par fives made of any golfer, along with leading the Gaels in birdies with nine.
It's the second top-five finish for Bressum at a tournament this year, as he finished second at the Visit Stockton Invitational in October.
