MORAGA, Calif. – Saint Mary's Baseball held the potent Nevada offense in check for the first half of Tuesday's game before the Wolfpack hit four solo home runs for a 5-1 over the Gaels at Louis Guisto Field.
SMC got out into, and out of, a first-inning jam. started the game and walked three batters but also struck out two. came in out of the bullpen and ended the bases-loaded situation with one pitch on a grounder to short.
Schneider would go on to pitch three more innings allowing just one hit with no walks and four strikeouts.
