The Sacramento Kings’ search for a general manager continues. Hall of Famer Joe Dumars is helping with the search, and with the NBA playoffs rolling on, the new regime should be in place in the coming weeks.
One big decision facing the new management staff will be whether or not to re-sign forward Bogdan Bogdanovic. Former Kings’ general manager Vlade Divac was high on Bogi, as The Athletic’s Jason Jones wrote about in his recent mailbag:
“Divac was committed to keeping Bogdanovic and matching any other offer. Now, that’s up in the air as to whether the Kings would match a deal for the restricted free agent, trade Hield, or keep both.
