It has been a long three-plus weeks since the NBA went on hiatus, and we are just starting to get our first taste of competition again, albeit in a different form. ESPN aired the first round of games of the NBA 2K Players Tournament, and there were a couple of Sacramento Kings tidbits throughout the broadcast.
Of course, there was the appearance of Harrison Barnes, live from the comfort of his Sacramento home. He took on Trae Young in a matchup of the tournament’s 2nd and 15th ranked players, which ended up being a 40+ point annihilation in Young’s favor.
