Whether you love them, or love to hate them, there’s no denying that superteams have defined the last 10 years or so of the NBA – and that trend looks like it will continue for the next 10. Some teams take the Miami Heat route and assemble them in free agency, while other attempt to build through the NBA Draft.
In the case of the Sacramento Kings, it’s the latter. The Kings, despite being in the NBA doldrums for the last few years, are putting together an impressive group of young players.
The Kings core – Bogdan Bogdanovic, Buddy Hield, De’Aaron Fox, Harry Giles and Marvin Bagley III – are all 25-years-old or younger.
