Sacramento, Calif. – Today, the Sacramento Kings closed on the purchase of the land and buildings at 800 K Street and 801 L Street. The Kings and development partner CFY Development released the first set of renderings and information for the project in advance of submitting a site plan and design review application to the City of Sacramento.
In early 2016, the Kings exercised their right of first refusal on the properties and have worked diligently with CFY over the last twelve months towards the goal of breaking ground on the project in 2017.
“We’re excited to continue to build on the success of Golden 1 Center and drive the growth of downtown,” said Kings President Chris Granger.
