Marvin Bagley III left Saturday’s game against the Phoenix Suns in the second half with what was initially called a “hip flexor tweak” after which an MRI was ordered with Bagley being held out of Sunday’s game as a precaution. The MRI has come back and it has been revealed that Bagley sustained a pelvic bone bruise, and the Kings have elected to hold him out for the rest of Las Vegas Summer League.
This is unfortunate news for those that wanted to see Bagley play some more, but thanks to the California Classic he already got 4 games under his belt, which is a typical summer league schedule.
