The Sacramento Kings played host to the Pistons and Wizards over the last few days, and both games ended up being roller coasters of emotion.
In Sunday’s game against Detroit, the Kings endured their worst first quarter of the season, allowing the Pistons to jump out to an 18-1 lead that eventually grew to 21 points. The score was 31-16 after the first frame. Sacramento began chipping away and found themselves down by just one point at halftime. They would take their first lead during the third quarter and never looked back, defeating a tanking Piston’s team that was without Derrick Rose for the final 33 minutes of game action.
