Kings make a pair of clutch plays to beat Timberwolves

It’s not too often you give up 120 points in a game and win, but the Sacramento Kings did it for the sixth time this season on Wednesday with a 128-125 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves at the Golden 1 Center. They’re now 6-24 when they give up at least 120 points this season.

The Kings were red hot on offense Wednesday night, shooting 58.1% from the field and 51.5% from 3-point range, the latter of which is a season-high for them. Three of their starters — De’Aaron Fox, Buddy Hield and Harrison Barnes — scored at least points.
