Kings honor players' Kentucky roots with Derby day cartoon. There's just one problem | The Sacramento Bee

The Sacramento Kings celebrated one of the most exciting sporting days of the year, the Kentucky Derby, by sharing a neat image to social media Saturday a few hours before the race.

Dubbing it the "Kingstucky Derby," the Kings Twitter account posted a charming cartoon image of the three current Kings who played college ball for Kentucky — Skal Labissiere, De'Aaron Fox and Willie Cauley-Stein — racing horses, decked out in plenty of purple.

The image is charming and offers a good degree of realism with its horses and jockeys (if you can suspend disbelief and imagine that Cauley-Stein could someday transition from an NBA 7-footer to horse jockey).
