It wasn't that long ago that Zach LaVine told the Sacramento Kings that he'd drop 40 points a night if they got him the ball. Well, they did, and he didn't last night against the Mavs. If LaVine wants to be the shooter he thinks he is, the man has to deliver when the moment calls for it.
Way back on December 6, LaVine dropped 42 points on the Miami Heat in a rare Kings' win. He shot 12 for 24 from the field and eight of 13 from the three-point line. It was a particularly impressive shooting performance from someone who has made a name for himself as an elite shooter.
