We’ll have to put the brakes on the return of Harry Giles, who is not traveling with the squad for the preseason games in India because of left knee soreness.
Along with Giles, newly signed guard Tyler Ulis is missing the trip.
Giles last saw basketball action against the Dallas Mavericks back in late March but he suffered a left thigh contusion that eventually kept him out for the season.
The second year (technically third) big also didn’t play in the Summer League, so it’s been more than six months since he’s seen the floor.
